I am looking for set up a new Television station / channel. For the purpose I require details for project plan. Can anybody guide me to avail these details like selection, clearence, procurement of equipment, regulatory proceedures, legal limitations, planning concept and character, preparing for the business plan, Planning & Identifying Suitable Technology Infrastructure, Establishment of Technical Logistics, Creation of Television Network, Training, Marketing, Brand Building and Distribution, launching etc., etc.
